By registering an account, obtaining API credentials, embedding our checkout links, or utilizing any services provided through this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By accessing our system, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to conduct commercial transactions. You agree to comply strictly with all national electronic transaction regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) directives, and the Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Act of Bangladesh.
Our platform operates as a specialized financial technology infrastructure provider. Our capabilities include:
Merchants must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials, public API-KEYs, and private SECRET-KEYs. You are exclusively responsible for all activities, API calls, and invoice generations that occur under your authentication credentials. In the event of an API key leak, you must instantly regenerate your credentials via the merchant dashboard.
Our gateway must NEVER be integrated or utilized for any of the following high-risk or illicit activities:
Accounts detected violating this section will be permanently frozen immediately and reported to relevant regulatory authorities without refunds.
Merchants agree to the subscription pricing, billing cycles, and feature quotas assigned to their plan. Payments processed through automated personal or merchant SIM integrations settle directly into the merchant's verified accounts. We are not responsible for telecom delays, cellular network outages, or MFS provider maintenance downtimes.
Merchants are solely responsible for goods, services, and digital deliverables sold through our gateway. Any customer refund requests, dispute queries, fraudulent transaction reports, or service cancellations must be handled directly between the merchant and their respective buyer.
We endeavor to guarantee 99.9% service uptime. However, to preserve platform integrity, merchants must conform to standard API rate limits. Automated flooding, DDoS behavior, or brute-force TrxID polling will lead to automatic IP throttling or API key revocation.
Under no circumstances shall the platform administrators or developers be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from merchant service interruptions, mobile SIM blockages, third-party network outages, or unauthorized account compromises.
We reserve the right to amend, update, or modify these terms at any time to reflect changing technological standards or regulatory compliance rules. Continued use of our endpoints and gateway after notice confirms your acceptance of revised terms.
